General
- House rules are clearly displayed and available on our website in advance
- Mandatory guest registration (from 15 minutes stay) with a valid photo ID
- Frequently used doors remain open during peak times
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed at reception, the restaurant entrance and public restrooms
- We continuously clean door handles, public restrooms and lift buttons
- Please maintain a safe distance for all activities in the hotel, at reception (check-in, check-out, …) and in the restaurant
- We recommend a maximum of 2 people using the lift at the same time (except members of the same household)
- We ventilate regularly and thoroughly
At Reception & Lobby
- Our reception team is on-site from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Frequently used doors remain open
- Hand sanitiser dispensers are placed in the reception entrance area
- Please maintain a safe distance from non-household members for all activities at reception (check-in, check-out, …)
- To shorten check-in/check-out times, please let us know your wishes in advance by email
- Key cards are disinfected at every changeover as usual
- We offer cashless payment via credit card terminal
At the Penthouse SPA
- Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance
- Regular cleaning intervals
- Please maintain distance from non-household members when using the saunas
- Loungers in the relaxation area and on the terrace are carefully spaced to ensure distance
- Any wishes? Our reception team is available from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM
At the Restaurant, Bar & SPA Lounge
- Please reserve your table at reception in good time
- Our team will welcome and seat you – please wait to be seated
- Hand sanitiser is provided at the restaurant entrance
- Hygiene is our top priority here too!
- The bar area/hotel closes at 11:00 PM – if you'd like beverages in your room for a cosy end to the evening, we're happy to take your orders
- We ventilate regularly and thoroughly
In Our Guest Rooms
- Our housekeeping team works to the highest hygiene standards, supported by Ecolab cleaning and disinfection products
- Laundry is washed by our laundry partner according to strict hygiene regulations with disinfecting detergents
- Door handles, light switches, handrails and bathroom amenities are included in the cleaning schedule
- After your check-out, the room is thoroughly disinfected and intensively ventilated
- Cleaning cloths are washed after every room
