The apiary of the Gartenhotel Pfeffel stands for honest enjoyment, regional connection and the special diversity of our landscape. Our honey comes from our own beehives, located both in our vineyards in the Wachau and in the forests of the Waldviertel. The blossoming cultural landscape of the region and the pristine power of nature come together to create characterful honeys with their very own expression.
